Over his career Adam has created over $70 million in value for business owners lacking the time and expertise to realise their growth potential.
Growing up as the son of a rural GP who routinely worked 90 hour weeks, Adam saw first hand the demands placed on owner operator GP's. He also saw how critical the GP was for their surrounding community.
Having witnessed the unreasonable expectations on Medical Practice owner/operators, Adam founded Sherpa Profitable Practices as a simple solution for practice owners genuinely wanting to grow their business.
